Services

AZ Same Day Service provides professional carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, water damage restoration, and related cleaning services in the Phoenix Metro Area. Our team includes IICRC-certified technicians.

Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the condition of carpets, square footage, and additional services requested. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

You choose when to pay. You can pay when the job is finished, which is our default, or you can pay up front online. The price is the same either way. Paying up front does not change the scope of the work, and choosing to pay afterwards does not change the price.

Card payments and online checkout are processed by Square. Card details are entered on Square's own secure pages and are never entered on, transmitted through, or stored by this website.

Card payments are processed through our Square account. Receipts and invoices are issued in the name AZ Same Day Service. Depending on your bank, the corresponding line on your card statement may appear as Mist Carpet, which is the registered name of the payment account we bill through. This is the same business. If you see that name and are unsure, call (623) 220-0018 and we will confirm the charge.

Prepaid Packages

A prepaid carpet cleaning package is a purchase of a specific cleaning appointment, not a gift card, coupon, or stored-value product. The amount you pay is applied as credit toward your job.

What a room means

A room is any carpeted space up to 200 square feet. A space larger than 200 square feet counts as two rooms. Hallways and stairs are quoted separately as small add-ons.

A package price is not always the final price

A package covers the number of rooms you bought, cleaned to our standard process. Some homes need work that falls outside that. Common examples are rooms larger than 200 square feet, hallways and stairs, heavy pet urine that needs enzyme treatment or sub-surface extraction, and red dye or ink stains. Carpet protector application and furniture moving are quoted separately only where your package does not already include them; anything listed as included in the package you bought is included, and we will not bill you for it.

When your home needs any of that, your technician tells you the exact price before starting, and you decide whether to add it. If you decline, we clean what your package covers and there is no further charge. We do not add charges you have not approved, and additional work is always billed as a separate invoice rather than a change to what you already paid.

If the job costs less than you prepaid

If the finished job comes to less than the amount you prepaid, you choose what happens to the difference. You can apply it to other work on the same visit, keep it as credit toward a future service, or have it refunded to the card you paid with.

Cancellation and refunds on prepaid packages

Prepaid credit does not expire. If you cancel before the appointment, call (623) 220-0018 and we refund the prepaid amount to the card you used. Refunds are issued through Square and typically take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Service area and availability

Prepaid packages apply to residential carpet cleaning within our Phoenix Metro service area. If we cannot reach your address, we refund you in full.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We offer same-day service subject to availability. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by calling (623) 220-0018. We appreciate at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation of a prepaid package is covered under Prepaid Packages above.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Liability

AZ Same Day Service takes every precaution, but we are not liable for pre-existing carpet damage, color fading due to prior chemical treatments, or stains that cannot be removed. Our technicians will inform you of any concerns before beginning work.
