No. Paying up front is optional and the price is exactly the same either way. Prepaying just locks the package in and gets you on the schedule faster. If you would rather pay when the job is finished, call (623) 220-0018 and we will book you in the same way we always have. We take card, tap, and cash at the door.
It is the full price for what the package covers: three carpeted rooms up to 200 sq ft each, deep steam cleaned. Some homes need more than that. A room larger than 200 sq ft counts as two rooms, hallways and stairs are small add-ons, and heavy pet urine needs enzyme treatment that the standard clean does not include. Anything beyond the package is quoted to you before work starts, and you decide. We never add a charge you did not approve.
A room is any carpeted space up to 200 sq ft: bedrooms, living rooms, dens, home offices and playrooms. A space larger than 200 sq ft counts as two rooms, which usually means a big open great room in a newer build. Most bedrooms are nowhere near the limit. Hallways and stairs are quoted separately as small add-ons, and we tell you the number before any hose comes off the truck.
You choose what happens to the difference. Put it toward something else on the same visit, such as a sofa or a set of stairs, keep it as credit for next time, or take it back on the card you paid with. We do not quietly keep it.
Yes. Call (623) 220-0018 before we arrive and we refund what you prepaid to the card you used. Prepaid credit does not expire, so rescheduling is usually easier than a refund, but either is fine.
