A room is any carpeted space up to 200 sq ft. A space larger than 200 sq ft counts as two rooms. Hallways and stairs are quoted separately as small add-ons.

We treat all stains during our move-out cleaning. While most stains come out with professional treatment, some permanent damage (burns, bleach spots, severe wear) may not be correctable through cleaning. We'll give you an honest assessment and document what was professionally addressed.
